The location was really close to Palace of Fine Arts(walking distance) and Marina is a beautiful location to walk around and explore. Over all my stay was a positive experience.

The location near the Temple of Arts is convenient, along with some viable vegan dining options within walking distance.
An overpowering deodorant was continuously being released in the room, making it smell like akin to a public bathroom. The housekeeping team barged in at least two or three times without even knocking first. As a transgender individual, I felt insecure in my room as a result, like I was worried they'd barge in while naked in bed or while showering.

I never even got out of my car there was people on drugs in the parking lot working on cars looking in peoples car it was scary

Very busy area. No elevator & rail needs work. Floors were leaving wood chips on our socks then we would get it in the bed.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff was nice and friendly but the room was awful. We were supposed get a queen size bed and we got a full size bed. Some of the towels we got were stained. The shower would switch from cold to warm and then to hot automatically. The neighbors were loud and kept us up until 5am. The bathroom ceiling looked like it had mold and the walls were dirty. Would never stay here again.

this hotel canceled our booking claiming our card wasn't working. which we know it is because we used it no problem. we asked them to run it and they said the room was already gone but that they would give us a room at a higher rate. that would should be ok because other hotels are 300 to 400 a night. they canceled to avoid paying the booking.com fees by rebooking directly and charging us more than the rate we booked. we had our baby with us and ended up without a place to sleep for the night.
