The Deluxe King room was roomy and spacious. The room had been somewhat updated
The pictures on Booking.com are not honest and truthful. Unless you book the Deluxe room (which nowhere on the site does it indicate that the standard room looks different) you will be staying in a tiny dungeon room with zero space and nothing like the pictures display. The rooms are poorly updated. Paint so thick the bathroom door cannot close. The towels are so small and see-through that you need two to shower and they smell bad. The smell of fabuloso is intoxicating. The provided soap, shampoo and conditioner is clearly not the brand that is advertised but instead refilled with something pink and clearly from a discount store. The safety lock on the door was busted out of the wall so anyone could enter your room with a key at night. In the office the furniture was so filthy and grimy I would not ever want to sit on it. Bottom line, the only thing good about the deluxe room was the size and the location of the hotel as the Marina is wonderful.

Location was amazing. Great access to buses and only a short walk to the GG Bridge and other sights. The staff were friendly, caring and welcoming!
We honestly loved it all. However if we had to pick something, the water pressure in the shower wasnt great and power points closer to the bed wouldve been handy.

Disappointing
I liked the location. We got to check in early. The staff at check in and checkout was friendly.
The room had no working fans, there was no working vent in the bathroom and one of the bathroom lights was out. The whole room was very dimly lit. While it was a good location, there were times where the nearby traffic was loud and disruptive. The bed was super firm and not very comfortable for us. As a result of no ventilation the room was very humid after showers.

The staff member handling our check in was amazing! He was so polite and made our check in as smooth as possible despite it being really busy!
We wouldve liked a microwave in the room to help with making our own meals but apart from that it was all superb :)
