Location, proximity to destinations & ease of transport either as a pedestrian, public transport or private rideshare.
With the number of global guests & shared rooms there needs to be routine & scheduled treatment for bed bugs. All logic would point to eventually there being some.Housekeeping using a steamer on carpets and bedframes & mattresses. Would resolve the issue

I really enjoyed the location, close to the main attractions of San Francisco. The room was pleasing, and I appreciated the divisions between the bathroom, closet, and the main room. The breakfast was a plus
The only thing that would have made our stay perfect was the availability of parking. We had to arrive early in the evening to find a spot, sometimes waiting for another car to leave.

Location, rooms, staff, and patio were great.
Unfortunately theres no kitchen (no sink, no stove). Therefore theyre using paper plates/bowls/cups and plastic cutlery, which is very wasteful.

The dorm and the bath was clean, and the facility too. I felt secure in the area and property is very close to the marina. Definitely I going to came back.
I knew the kitchen situation, but I recommend a toaster, also hooks closed to the beds.

The private room was BIG. Great place to stay. Friendly staff, parking for your car. I would recommend all my friends this place to visit SF. 15min walk to fishersmans warf
Little noise from the streets and you can hear the shower from the neighbours also very good

Staff were so friendly and welcoming, lobby and outside area was very pleasant. The rooms were very clean and tidy and beds were very comfortable too.
Not always necessary but an oven would be a nice addition to the place
