Location was great, you can walk and there are many bars and restaurants. They have free parking at the entrance. Staff is lovely.
Rooms are older than in the pictures. It looks like it needs renovation, but price was OK for the city. It can be noisy depending were is your room, specially in weekends.

It was very clean & parts of the rooms had recently been remodeled. Brand new blankets & bedspreads.
Beds weren't the most comfortable, furniture in the room (table & chair) was very old/worn, but mostly the air conditioning didn't work at all & our room was uncomfortably warm as a result.

The room was bigger than expected and so was the bathroom. The bed and pillows were decent. The location was perfect for our trip as it was close to the places we wanted to check out and had a good amount of food choices nearby.
The walls are a bit thin, so if there are people in the room above and the room(s) next to yours, then youll hear them moving about.

The motel is in a great location, close to the marina and the Palace of Fine Arts. There are a lot of restaurants near by and the free parking makes it a great deal. The room was simple and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in a little early.
The room had a few problems...some of the trim in the bathroom was falling a part and there were some mildew stains on the ceiling, but everything else was clean. This is not a five star hotel, so you can't expect perfection but it is clean and a great deal.
