Hotel is conveniently located , bout 15 mins walk to financial district, very close to chinatown.
Price can be high, room was ok, not impressed but it was clean and i was lucky to get room with better view than the others (most face another building)

So pleased we chose this hotel. Researching SF it seemed all hotels were expensive and poor quality. I chose this one as it was one of the few not to rip you off with an "amenity charge" or Restaurant voucher that makes you eat at the hotel. Lovely room which was spacious for a big city hotel and very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly (with one exception). Location was good as it was within striking distance of all tourist areas by uber. We walked through China town to Little Italy one evening and felt safe. We found a great Thai restaurant nearby call Hed Verythai which I would recommend if you don't want to go far in search of good food at a sensible price.
There was one lady on reception who didn't bother to even look up when we came into the hotel and we said hello. Everyone else was friendly and helpful.

The location was great, housekeeping was really good, and the overall room and value were excellent.
Probably could provide some easy water in the room. More my gf's quibble than mine.

Fabulous location for visiting China Town for the Lunar New Year. The rooms were spacious and updated. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was welcoming and had great recommendations for dim sum! We will stay here again!!!

Excellent location, right next to the entrance to Chinatown. The staff was super helpful and highly professional, as good as any five-star hotel I've stayed in. 100% recommended!
The view from the room was a bit disappointing but I didn't come just to stare out of a window!
