I loved everything! It was quaint and overall so cute! The elevator itself is enough for me to want to go back! There were free waters (still and sparkling) and coffee and tea.
Parking for me was actually pretty easy and accessible I was lucky though! For anyone else though on any other day? I’d just be wary it may be hard to find parking here

Bummer to go to a different hotel for breakfast but great that they do an afternoon wine and cheese.

Large room and bathroom, shower pressure was perfect! Big comfy bed and fireplace was a welcome touch for the chilly San Fran nights.
Loved having free access to a selection of tea, coffee and water 24/7 and the breakfast pastries were delicious.
All staff members we interacted with were friendly and very knowledgeable of the area, we sought out some dinner recommendations and were very satisfied.

Clean and comfortable. Interesting decor and liked the fire in the room
As there was no a/c I had to open windows to get fresh air, Which is not a problem except it meant it could be very noisy at times. Noise is to be expected in the middle of a city but that’s why an a/c option would be a nice touch.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Front Desk staff member Noel for his exceptional service. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful in answering all of my questions, and he went out of his way to accommodate every request I had. His warm and engaging manner made him feel more like a friend than just a hotel staff member.
Thanks to your outstanding hospitality—and the comfort and charm of the hotel—I decided to extend my stay at both Petite Auberge and White Swan Inn for an additional five nights. My time here has been thoroughly enjoyable. I truly appreciate how well the hotel is maintained, especially the cozy fireplaces and the vintage-style lift that add so much character.
Oh, and I must not forget to mention the healthy breakfast and the delightful afternoon wine and nibbles—they made each day even more special. I will definitely come back again!

The location was pretty central and easily accessible. The bed was insanely comfortable and had good pillows. Nice clean shower and bathroom.
I couldn’t find the coffee in the first floor lobby and the doors in the building all slam so it wakes you up at night.

Was great for two nights and is located on a clean street. Very French kitsch but in a fun way. Very clean.
Would've appreciate bottled water available in the room or a note saying there is a fridge in the basement area with water. Strange but fun fireplace that is always slightly on (little blue flame + hissing sound).
