Location
Rude staff apart from the lovely Leslie. Breakfast was chaotic, never had to queue before. Felt like it was really tired, and the decor was awful. When we first arrived, after a very delayed and stressful time, the woman at the desk showed no empathy or willingness to help. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

The room was clean
What breakfast we never got it. The pool was messy it was out side and facing the street which was on the opposite side of where the rooms were. The pool situated next to the street where garbage would blow in and it was also cold too, it would have been better if it had hot tubs too but they didn't. Parking at the hotel was an extra $40 dollars for a night. Staff were rude and speaking another language amongst them selves when they were supposed to be helping when they knew that they had only one credit card machine that would work for certain cards.

We liked the location, close to Fishermans Wharf. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was amazing!!
The hotel was a but busy, so there was a line for a table for breakfast. There were bathroom amenities, except conditioner.

We really liked the location, it’s very close to the piers and lots of great restaurants. You can easily walk around the area or take a short ride to anywhere in the city. The hotel has its own parking, and there’s also public parking nearby, which was convenient. The staff at the reception, housekeeping, and the quick pick-up bars were all very friendly and helpful. The service overall was excellent.
The only negative experience we had was with one of the staff members at the breakfast buffet. I was traveling with a child who felt unwell one morning and stayed in the room. After finishing breakfast, we took a single piece of bread for him, but a staff member (I believe her name was Maria) spoke to us in a very aggressive and impolite manner. We completely understand and respect the hotel rules, but the issue wasn’t about the rule itself; it was the way it was communicated, especially since we saw other guests openly taking plates full of food with them, and Maria watching and having no objections at all. I strongly recommend providing staff with additional communication or language training, as this interaction left a bad impression.
