The view from the room was amazing! The size of the room was decent. The location was perfect.
When booking it didn’t ask which breakfast I would like to choose. I would not have chosen an American breakfast and a couple of the days I ended up having to pay more so I could have a continental breakfast.

The bed was comfortable and the bedroom clean. The neighborhood is nice.
Not received properly when checking in. We waited too long at 11pm because they were on the phone and we were asked 3 times if we would share a bed (two-men couple). Asking one time would be reasonable. The shower water temperature was varying between warm and lukewarm every 10 seconds. Automatic flushing toilet device, not elegant but also noisy if using it at night. Parking was $83 for the night although same block parking is $20 for the night.

Unbeatable location steps from Fairmont. Excellent quality bed linens, towels, clean rooms, spacious. Nice bathroom. Helpful staff. Breakfast on premises. Well equipped gym
Hotel is outdated overall. Elevators buttons do not lit, you wait for a while until you can get to your floor. Rooms are with very minimalistic furnishing and also were not updated for a while. Windows are not noise proof or cold proof. As a plus: you can open bottom part of them to vent the room. Bathrooms are in decent state. Parking price is insane, look for some other places around.
