The beds are amazing, water pressure in the shower was also great.
My stay was splitted in two parts…
The first part was impeccable, the room was spacious and quiet considering that I had a bar just outside my window.
As for the second part, I checked in again hoping to get the same room but unfortunately it wasn’t available. The amenities in the second part were the same but the size of the room and bathroom was way smaller than the first room I stayed, despite booking the same type of room.
It would have been amazing if both rooms would have been the same size.

Staff were friendly
The location isn’t brilliant. The room had peeling paint all over and was small, the door didn’t open and close properly without really having to shove it. It’s also advertised that there is a bar which there is not, there is space where a bar may have once existed but now is just a seating area that it’s no bar.

Noisy AC outside of room, a lot of homeless nearby, lack of bar/food at the hotel but coffee, snacks and water bottles nice touch. Staff friendly but a little unprofessional at times.

It was very clean and very modern looking. Great facilities in the lobby, a lovely water cooler to fill up our complimentary pineapple water bottles, coffee and biscuits served in the mornings.
The staff were all very helpful, especially Heather who ended up being our tourist information point with lots of great advice about getting around the city and also places to eat and drink.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and great service
The druggas outside the hotel at night gave me zombie apocalypse vibes which was quite noisy. To add, the nearby pubs made alot of noise into the early hours of the night. Great value for money, great hotel, but the above issues dampened the experience.

Everything from location to the room and the staff. All professional and helpful. I have stayed here earlier too and will be doing in future as well.
No breakfast is the only thing that is an issue for me, but there are so many eating joins nearby that this is not even an issue anymore. Once can easily walk the next door and have breakfast, lunch and dinner.
