It was fun and quirky.
Nice touch having a reusable water bottle in the room.
Very soft and comfortable duvets!
The area is not my favourite and the reception/bar area was very noisy

The room was so cute and the hotel is very modern feeling although an older building. The staff were friendly and the price point was great, especially as a solo traveller.
I booked thinking it was close to the main tourist area, at times felt unsafe as a solo traveller and Im pretty savvy but chose not to be wandering around at all in the area at night.

Beautiful lobby
Location leaves a little to be desired, while close in Union square it is on the edge of the Tenderloin neighbourhood and there is some over spill. Our room was small, but we were travelling with three weeks worth of luggage so it may of felt more cramped than usual. We did seem to have an excessive amount of dust on top of the wardrobe where we stored some of our excess luggage but it was mostly clean.

Staff was friendly and helpful under the given conditions. WiFi is also OK.
Hotel overall is OK BUT, no service of even coffee after 2pm. Nothing to eat decent in the Hotel or order from nearby places. Location is central yet, area with lots of homeless people feels dangerous overall. Rooms are very small, and too noisy, the moment another room is in use you hear everything.

Central location to quintessential SF sights. Customer service was top notch. Very friendly and personable. Room was aesthetically playfully and comfortable. Lobby area was welcoming and comes with a complimentary beverage.
The exact neighborhood is not one I would want to stroll around but its easy to get to other places in the city.

The pineapple theme is really cute and all the little touches are really well done. The free water bottle and welcome drink was a great bonus. Bed is comfortable. The location is pretty central and only a short walk from the trolley.
The room was a fine size for me but I think for two people it might have seemed cramped. Whats odd is the amount of bathroom was huge. I would have preferred a slightly smaller bathroom and more room space.
