leaving. they charge an extra $35 fee at the end even after spending $--- for one room. i think its shady. didnt even feel like 5 stars
the hidden fees. the room was --- and i was charged $80 for taxes and fees. taxes alone is $20, where is that extra $60 going to? not including the extra $35 fee they charge you after you check out (nor did they mention). my cc was charged $100 not 35

Upscale hotel on Union Square, a fantastic place to enjoy the life in SF. Thanks for your welcoming, our room was a dream! This is the place to go and stay. Breakfast in the room is delicious, try it!

The room and the service were good.
The problem is that when I booked the room with Booking.com, the price of the room per night was quoted at $179.10, which is what I was charged for 3 nights of my 5 night stay. The 4th night was charged at $252.00 and the 5th at $342.00 without any explanation. I am quite unhappy that I was not told about this in advance either by Booking.com or the hotel.

The feeling of luxury at every turn and the large soaking bathtub.
yes. I asked at the desk about our $25 per day breakfast credit and if I could use all $75 on the day we left and was told the day before that we could, however when we got the invoice they had only credited us with $25.

The staff was so warm and friendly. Loved the cozy, intimate atmosphere. Great location. The attention to detail was spot on. The maid service even left me a bookmark for my paperback. Outstanding. Thanks for making our stay exceptional.
