The motel is relatively close to the Fisherman's wharf.
The carpet in the room was so disguasting, it smelled so bad. I would never stay there again.

The bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and there was free parking. Nice location and quiet.
The tv did not work. The floor outside of the bathroom was soaking wet and smelled like very strong cleaning solution (had to keep windows cracked the whole time). Plantation style shutters are mostly broken so hotel has them taped shut. Bathroom floor was dirty. No coffee, but there is a shop a couple blocks away.

Clean and comfortable. Close to places we wanted to visit. Staff was very accommodating.
Rooms were in need of update/repair. Ice machine broken.

Sure, it wasnt perfect but it was pretty good for what you pay in San Francisco and the location. Very safe neighborhood with lots to do around. The bed was comfortable and it was fairly quiet. The front desk staff was really nice also

Ive stayed here multiple times and its good enough for one or maybe two nights, although the place is somewhat dilapidated, and in need of some serious renovation and new furnishings but its a good location and free parking helps
Its old and somewhat grungy overall definitely not well-kept up but acceptable for a short stay considering the low price
