Location is close to shopping and shows, main transportation hubs to get everywhere easily. Very nice hotel with rooms with kitchenettes - the reason I booked here and extended my stay. If I could do monthly stays for the duration of my contract, I definitely would have. Any future contracts or visiting family/friends, I will recommend they stay here.
My room was next to the elevators and I could hear them going up and down all day and night. However, I was on the 3rd floor and it was so convenient instead of being higher up. I also had no view, just facing another building, but I still really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend.

Location was great for seeing the city and accessing transportation. We also liked having a separate bedroom, with an extra bed in the living room instead of having two beds in the same area (since we were a couple plus our daughter). The kitchen (with table for eating) was handy too. We arrived a little early and the staff were very accommodating with trying to get us into our room a little earlier (which was appreciated!). The room was soundproof - we found it very quiet, which helped us get solid sleeps.
When the sofa bed was pulled out for sleeping, it was difficult to navigate around, as there was a cupboard along the wall at the foot of the bed.

Not too close to the Pier area but not too far and reachable by walking. We went around often without using public transportation

there's no daily housekeeping included in the rate. at the time of the booking, there was no indication about this aspect and I only knew it at the check-in. they told me there was an extra charge of more than 100 USD in case I wanted daily housekeeping

The suite was very neatly decorated and large enough for two people. Couch bed was great and the bathroom very spacious.
Main door entry is only with card access, which is slightly inconvenient, the kitchen did not have a hot plate and the heating system required some fiddling to make it work.
