For all that money they didn’t have a proper breakfast and it was non smoking but people were hotboxing the rooms the smell kept seeping into my hotel room

Quiet and simple. Rather than hotel vibe. I'm not on vacation, not a tourist so I appreciate the reality reflected as to why I'm here. It's all very respectful and I'll. Come here again when I visit family.

It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I paid for the room, but they refused to check us in because I didn’t have my physical ID. At midnight, my daughter and I were left stranded, unsure of what to do.
The staff, Angela, was extremely rude, she was not good in speaking English. She kept repeating, "My manager said we cannot accept check-ins without a physical ID." When I asked why, she claimed it was a new rule starting in 2025. However, there was no notice about this in the welcome message or on the booking site.
I’ve stayed at many hotels across the country, and they usually accept a digital ID or a photo of the ID. I had my confirmation number, I’m a Genius member on Booking.com, and I had all my cards and passport saved on my phone.
Since it was so late and we were exhausted after a long concert, we asked if we could book another room using my daughter's ID. Angela attempted to do so but then said, "I don't know why I can't get a room!" It was completely ridiculous—I had a reservation, I had paid for it, but they still didn’t let us in.
We ended up, in another hotel, the Marriott, which had excellent service and a much more professional staff.

Location is convenient
They have people living in the hotel in what appears to be a state sponsored program. As a result there were a lot of people arguing and my sleep was disrupted

The location is excellent and my room was quiet.
I had advised the staff I was working at night and sleeping during the day. While sleeping I was awakened by staff pounding on my door. They claimed I had a balance to settle but it was not my room so I was woken up in error. It was difficult to fall back asleep since I had been required to report to the front desk to confirm I did not have an outstanding balance. I was frustrated.
