Breakfast was not good. I didn't really like much of anything
Air conditioning was stuck on heater didn't work. I was sick and this was a major inconvenience... Loose tile in the bathroom. I had to change rooms. Heater worked in the new room but there was stained carpet and when my husband got back to the room late at night the shower was luearned Then after we checked out my card was billed three times. They caught it and fixed it but still. Will not go back.

My only draw back is the Sick stopper is still not fixed since I reported it a month ago in Room 205.

It's secure, great location. Close to airport and eatries. Close to other hotels. Great for walking and excellent transportation by bus. The food is always great and a variety. Love the lobby entrance. You can just sit and enjoy along time, watching television with others if you like. Or just sip tea and coffee and enjoy me time. Staffing is great too. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. Very quiet settings.
I didn't like that the hotel doesn't have a transportation bus shuttle, to take you to the airport. And the hefty charge by day for parking on the lot. And their selections of T.V. programs. For every culture who stays at this hotel, there should be a channel they can connect to and enjoy. They shouldn't have to watch the channels on their cellphones, or use their personal apps. And be more mindful of selecting breakfast food. Such as everyone, cannot tolerate cheese, or diary products.

Proximity to my work office was a few blocks away and super close to the airport. Enjoyed the free hot breakfast and there was a good variety of other breakfast options. My room was spacious and clean. Good wifi connection and able to work remotely from my room or lobby.
Paying for onsite parking was a shock. If parking was off-site, valet or gated and guarded by security it’s understandable but it’s not. That was the biggest drawback about the property, almost $20 per day to self park.

How it’s so nice when everything is just right and everything is just working out.
In this hotel we didn’t hear any noise and didn’t have some not working facilities, like in Hampton inn San Jose, for example.
Everything was fine, clear and comfortable, thank you guys.

Disappointing
The breakfast was good.
This hotel looked like it hadn't been updated since the 50s!! I was surprised at that since it is a Hilton. The breakfast was good but the room itself was old and tired. I even found a bug crawling on me in the bed! I've never seen a bed bug (fortunately) so I'm not sure if that's what this was but it looked like the pictures I've seen. I definitely would NOT recommend this place.
