Tired interior and didnt receive the alarm call requested. Free shuttle advertised is only at very specific times early morning and evening.

Bed was very comfortable liked the vinyl flooring...room was roomy, could use a microwave.
Sink right next to the entrance door, no pet relief area AND hallways smelled of cigar/cigarette smoke!
They make you sign an affidavit about no smoking in the rooms but the hallway is ok???

Friendly and professional check in experience and over the phone assistance the next day. Clean room, bed and towels. Free parking. Close to SFO. I didnt have the complimentary breakfast, but it smelled delicious and guests seemed happy in breakfast area.
Room windows were foggy with condensation. Room was muggy so I opened window to air it out. Window opened fully, but no screen. No countertop space for toiletries. iPhone charger provided next to bed was inoperable. Musty smelling hallways. Room was not soundproof - a lot of noise from hallway and adjacent rooms.

Easy access to SFO. 1st stop of hotel shuttle group made it a bit quicker. Front desk staff was nice.
Room was dark. Had to move furniture to plug in power cords. Had to get out of bed to turn on/off bedside table lights. It felt like a motel but I got a good rate so it almost met my expectations.

Very nice hotel close to SFO. Clean, nice staff, shuttle is free, price is very reasonable. We did not try breakfast because it was too early for us, but coffee was good and I think, more than usual varieties of continental breakfast including bagels. I would stay again if I have early flight from SFO. We leave about 50 mi from SFO, so it was very convenient for us. There are a lot of restaurants around, so we had nice dinner. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
We stayed only one night, and this hotel satisfied all our needs. So there is nothing we did not like.

Dog tolerant ( up to 60 lb). Peets Coffee in room. Front Desk always staffed.
Dirty floors Everywhere. $50 pet fee. Parking fee. Toast and bagels for breakfast but no plates! Blackout shades or nothing. Key stopped working. Squeaky heat pump. Oh so tiny bathroom (1 inch door to toilet clearance). No microwave (contrary to feature list).
