The worst place ever!
Extremely disappointing experience
I had a terrible experience at this hotel.
When I first arrived and opened the room door, there were already people inside. This was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. I then had to go back downstairs, carrying all my luggage, to request another room.
Unfortunately, the second room was even worse. The bathroom had hair in the bathtub, the bed sheets clearly had not been changed—they were dirty and smelled bad. The floor was very dirty and had not been vacuumed, and there were soap residues from a previous guest left on the sink.
The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable.
Additionally, the breakfast service was very poor. By 9:00 AM, there was almost nothing left available.
Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

The front desk employee was very nice.
The room had lots of unpatched holes, a few roaches, didn’t have any shampoo in the bottles they have attached to the wall in the shower, super uncomfortable beds, no phone, the clock and tv didn’t work well, there were USED towels behind the door absolutely filthy, no plastic bags for dirty clothes and only one trash bin in the entire room in the bathroom.

Wonderful
I liked that it was easy to navigate and find my room and a way to the front desk if needed, the staff was very friendly and phenomenal with helping answer questions and ensuring we had a good stay!
I wish the shower chair would have been made for a bigger person.

I didn't like a single that. I didn't even bring my family in to sleep. I payed double to book another hotel and didn't even get a refund

I was unhappy with the service. The room where I was supposed to sleep had a strong smell of chlorine and mold, which made it impossible to stay due to respiratory allergies. I requested a cancellation and received no response.
