The breakfast was good minus the one roach I saw by the milk machine.
The poop stain on my toilet all week, the random stain on the bed comforter, the times we asked to have a full clean and it didn?t happen, we had our trash gathered it was left, then was moved to another room and then house keeping never cleaned that room

The tub had water underneath it causing a large bubble due to a leak in the bottom making it hard to shower. The mattress was slanted & there were 2 sheriff's cars in front when we arrived. Unsafe location, dirty, front desk EE's wearing personal t-shirt

It was easy to get to and very close to where our son lives. Plus the price was just right.
The bathroom was very small and did not give us enough room for my wife and I to use at the same time.

Front desk staff
No hot water. Wifi didn't work. Had no water at all for 18 hours. Hotel is ruin down and in need of major updating. Checked out and got a refund.

Loved the proximity to Hollywood Studios -- took like 10 minutes to get there. Many restaurants nearby to dine @ plus a Walmart was right down the street. Felt safe @ this hotel. Hotel employee in the kitchen area was AMAZING -- he made the stay worth while.
The lobby bathroom didn't have soap/paper towels in the handicap the entire stay (3 days & 2 nights). TV not working right. Last day breakfast items were out by like 8:30 a.m. except sausages & waffles. Waffle Maker employee very unfriendly

They are unprepared for us to stay in. Room need to remodeling. There are multiple crack on floor,bathroom, room. Too dark. Staff put someone take my room by mistake. They are struggling to find a room for us

Room not very clean. It dusty, bed sheets not sure if is was replace every guest. It don't look clean and fresh. Elevator not clean every day. Staff don't make the bed pick up used towels they only take out trash. The room itself is very dusty.

location and the friendliness of some of the staff.
We stayed there for 18 nights, and after 9 nights, we finally asked them for the first time to clean our room and change the sheets, it was not done, again I asked and it not done, so I asked for sheets and did it myself, also did not receive wash cloths.

They gave me the wrong room . The wifi was incredibly slow. The ac didnt cool the room. The vending machines were broken. The hotel wasnt that close to the parks. I ended up taking a cold shower. The floors were disgusting.

The shuttle not going until 1130 you loose 3 hrs of park time or pay for Uber and restaurant only open to 900 unable to eat after park closes
