This hotel should not be available for rental, it is not a hotel meant for vacationers or business people but a place for homeless people
The room smelled strongly of urine, after laying in the bed for 10 minutes my daughter's hair was impregnated with the odour of heavy cleaners. the bedsheets appeared to not have been changed. We left and did not spend the night in the room.

The room was updated and modern. The location was excellent for our local plans.
Lighting is bad.The lighting in the vanity area is ATROCIOUS! There is a fancy schmancy lighted mirror - but that is the only lighting at the vanity - and it doesn't adjust so it is so dark you can barely see to brush your teeth - let alone apply makeup.

It was extremely dirty they didn't want to answer the phone I didn't get maid service after I requested it the breakfast was only 2 hours long started at 6:00 in the morning at least that's what I was told

Staff,rooms,grounds,so called free breakfast..everything was empty..at 7 am!!! Vending machines out of order, ice machine broke, cigg butts cover the grounds like it rained, handicap room was horrendous!! Wouldn't change our room, or refund money..

The staff was kind and helpful at check in.
The hotel had mold everywhere, the sheets were not clean. There wasn't even a curtain on the shower. The floors and bathroom were visibly dirty. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Disgusting and dirty. Staff was not helpful, there was a knife lying in the grass by the entrance of the building. Piss, mold and vomit on the walls. Charged me $100 for authorization without any paperwork or consent of mine. NEVER AGAIN.

Not much really. The air conditioning worked. That's about it.
No wifi...complained multiple times. They did wave the resort fee eventually but never got the wifi working. Pool was not available. Will not book there ever again. Staff was pretty useless.

Location, comfy bed
Negative vibes, filthy hotel, cockroaches in the room, rowdy guests in adjacent rooms. Overall, didnt feel safe even though it was just a few hours long stay before catching the early morning flight.
