Sadly the room that I picked was so hot to sleep in. I also. Brought my fur babies and the gate was messed up as if someone pulled the gate apart. Yes i did say that because the gate was made of plastic. My fur baby went missing for 3 days while we were on vacation. I couldnt enjoy my vacation but he was retuned to us safely!

Everything about The house was beautiful. The stay was wonderful. I would stay again. The neighborhood was also super quiet.
Everything was great. The only complaint I had was the ice machine not working but everything else made that minute mishap not very important.

The pool and surrounding areas.
The experience has not been that good, I believe that Encore has to improve in a few points, and most definitely next time I will rent again using Airbnb some other house.
To begin, they have a beautiful pool and pool park, but they close at 17:00. Thats very inconvenient. At that time you still would like to use the facilities. Also the arcade is in the pool part. So no only you can not access the pool, but you can not play ping pong or any other game with the kids. As parents may know that time between 17:00 and 20:00 when you come back from the parks and before dinner you need some distraction for the kids, well at Encore you dont have it.
The house we rented, an 8 bedroom one, was fine, but as soon as we entered the house there was a coacroch, the Ambassador said that they would take care of it, but they never send no one. Also the house wasnt that clean, it was kind of greasy. At least the kitchen.
The pool area was not as in the pictures, I would say the pool is small.
But the worst part is that they told us that we could rent everything we need at the house, well, we called because we Mercedes a crib and they didnt have one. Then we called because we wanted a bbq, and they didnt have one either. So I had to go and buy and crib and a bbq!!!!!!
Also, even been legal in Florida, they dint allow fireworks, so I bought a few, but we were not able to celebrate New Years Eve.
It seems like a lot of rules for no benefits. The place is very nice, but you dont get to enjoy much.
