Reception staff professional and very eager to solve my complaint.
Our room was next to a storage room, where the staff was very loud. I could hear them talking, rolling carts, and laughing. The noise kept me up all night! At 5 a.m. I left the room and complained at check -in desk. Make sure you don't get checked in room 111!!! Floors were very sticky, for some reason.

Everything fine, we liked our stay to visit the theme parks around by uber. Souvenir shops around and food options were a plus

The hotel is very poorly maintained, old and not clean. Breakfast options are very few, it smells very bad and plastic plates and glasses are used. It is really the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Everything is very bad except the location.

The property was so close to all of the Disney parks. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly!
The property was a little dated but it served the purpose of a clean and comfortable place to shower and sleep (which is all we did there).

Excellent staff and free shuttle to Disney world ! Closer to Walmart and other stores
The breakfast is very limited and hardly any choices for vegetarians . More fruits , vegetarian options needed . Lesser use of single use of plastic has to be implemented
