The staff I encountered was friendly.
The first room we were given had a bad odor and visible mold on lampshades, walls, floor and furniture. Shower faucet was broken and the room was dingy, dirty and gross. We spoke with front desk about our concerns and were given a second room. This one didn't smell bad and have visible mold but was still disappointing. Very grimy! The sheets may of been clean but everything else felt and looked dirty. Lots of things broken, cracked and patched. What really bothers me is that management should know what their rooms look like and what they are offering to their paying guests. These rooms show a lack of care or concern for their guests comfort, wellbeing and safety. I would never choose to stay here again. Not even if it was free.

We had a huge delay on our flight. But when we arrived, Frontdesk Leo was ready to welcome us. He is very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Housekeeping comes over every day to change towels.
Breakfast was nice, my daughter loves loves the pancakes machines.
Maybe there must be more options in the bathroom to hang the towels.

Every day the room was cleaned and there a have decent breakfast. Some people of the staff were really understanding people and nice but others not.
The smell in the room was awful. The carpet needs to be changed because it is really dirty and has a really bad smell. Some of their rooms are really humid.

Staff was nice and helpful.
The smell was horrible. The floor was humid al the time, even the bed sheets felt humid. There must be something wrong with the building in general.
