exceptionally clean, beautiful porch with view, location, walking trail, customer service.
couches - very uncomfortable and hard. Pull-out bed not comfortable, but using both mattresses (2 couches) made it decent.

This was a piece of paradise in the disney area. The property was beautiful and well maintained. We loved waking up to the beautiful lake view each morning. Our 1 bedroom apartment was clean and very spacious. We will definitely return when we are wanting to have a staycation in the disney area again.
Highly recommend for a quiet getaway and some family time.

The Jacuzzi tubs in BOTH bathrooms The full kitchen with everything needed to cook my homemade meals. The office staff were all VERY helpful and nice. Very pleasant feeling from the time we arrived until we left. My children loved it.

The location is perfect for families planning to visit the Magic kingdom and Hollywood studios parks as the drive time is less then 10 minutes. Everything you need is within 3 minutes drive time including a Walmart supercenter for those who want to cook in suite. The view of the lake was very nice and the clean landscaping was a nice touch for us as we have a service dog. The staff was also very friendly.
The list is short but updating the carpets and maybe investing in more comfortable mattresses would go a long way, although they were comfortable still. Maybe instead of coin laundry, a free to use laundry would have been amazing since we didnt have coins with us.
