One of the ladies at the front desk, Heta, was extremely kind and friendly. She accommodated us to another room after the first room we stayed in was too humid. The second room was much better.

I liked the free parking
There was rust or staining around the plug hole in the bath and when it came to checkout there wasn’t anyone o. The seat even though it was close to the checkout time but after a few minutes someone did turn up. Also I don’t like that hotels use styrofoam plates and plastic knives and forks, they are not good for the environment and they’re not practical for such things as trying to butter your toast with cold butter or even trying to cut a sausage.

Nice facilities.
Beds weren’t comfortable, one bed squeaked everytime you moved, elevators were a little scary and the water tasted horrible.

The location was good and the price was good. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We liked the decor and we also liked the option of 2 twins beds in our King room. The breakfast and the breakfast staff was outstanding. Most of the front desk service was good but the man we first met was not as welcoming as we would have liked. It was too chilly to use the pool but the patio area was really pretty.
Aside from the man at the front desk everything was perfect.
