I loved how modern it was, the breakfast options were great as well as the park and things for my kids to enjoy. Loved that on Easter Sunday, Minnie came by and handed out some eggs.
The bathrooms can you use updating. Some rusting and staining on shower rod and curtains and tubs. As well as the pumps for the soap next to the sink and in the shower didnt work either.

I was very satisfied with the overall value for money. The rooms were not only clean but also very comfortable, with everything well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The space felt welcoming and quiet, which made for a pleasant stay. In general, everything met or exceeded my expectations.
For a hotel that caters to families and children, I found it quite concerning that the nightstands are made of glass. One night, my child fell off the bed and came dangerously close to hitting his head on the nightstand — something that could have resulted in a much more serious accident. The sharp corners make it even more hazardous. While I appreciated the overall value, cleanliness, and comfort of the rooms, I strongly believe that the furniture design should be reconsidered to better ensure the safety of young guests.

I liked the areas they have for children.
They should improve the cleaning. The room was not spotlessly clean, there were some issues.
Here on booking it says the pool was heated and that's not true, or at least it wasn't working.

Our rooms were dirty our entire stay. Staff was rude and un accommodating. I called to see if they had breakfast before we took our bus to universal and was told yes and then when we got there was told no bus leaves at 7 and breakfast was served at 7 and could not eat before that. Sheets were stained, shower had mold, swimming pool was dirty and cold. Swimming pool is advertised as heated. I don’t recommend this resort.

we loved everything about m&m the breakfast stood out over the top and the kids play area was top notch .
maybe a little more attention to cleaning, especially the floors i had white socks on with in seconds i looked and the bottoms were black.

Checking in was good and the young lady was nice , resort was very nice comfortable and clean !! Now the check out on the other hand was horrible and the young man at the front desk that morning around 6:30 am was more interested in talking to his buddy on the phone and checking for an email from what I gathered , finally when he asked if I was checking out I told him yes and asked if he needed to know the room number for the return on the deposit he said I was all set. Well it’s been four days since I checked out, which was April 2 when I called the resort today and spoke to somebody from the front desk, they told me that they had just now released it because I asked about it so if I wouldn’t have called, my deposit would’ve still been sitting in their hands was only because I called my bank and they told me that they were waiting on the resort to release it and to find out didn’t do it the more I checked out because I don’t know was more interested in his emails and his phone call and actually helping the guest out resulted in me now having to wait more days for my deposit. This is why people don’t like even deposits on hold for him.
