I loved the location perfect for anyone in Florida looking for a STAYCATION there community pool was amazing plenty of room in BOTH hot tubs

It was a nice atmosphere we enjoyed the pool and grill right in the back yard it was a real family vibe
The fact that u can only have 2 cars
We work so I had my personal car there and my work car (cargo van,also nothing hooked up to it ) and my husband also had his work car (small pick up truck, no trailer or anything hooked up to it)and we literally had to get special permission from the club house staff and it just so happened one of the board chairmen was there and he totally said yes we could bring the cars onsite there is no reason why they should be penalized for trying to have fun with theyre family and cant work
So that was real nice

The house is on an excellent location to get to Disney parks. Perhaps Universal is a little bit far, but reachable for sure.
The house was clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay
One of the beds made a lot of noise... But was confortable anyway.

The area. The house was very nice.
The communication. They was makn noise doing maintenance on house early in the morning. They walk right in the pool area with out no warning we was told to go inside cus they had wrk to do so i wasnt told about any of this going on. The beds are not comfortable. I step out the shower walked into the room on second floor it was a man in the window on a ladder doing maintenance. I come to Florida a few times a yr an this was the worst not to mention my mom had jus pass so we was there grieving as well..

Location was very good. The security at entrance was comforting. The Officers were friendly and professional. Club House staff were pleasant and helpful. Kitchen was very nice.
I wished that some aspects of the house would have been in better condition. The carpet on the stairs and in other spaces were dirty and the walls in some areas needed cleaning. The front porch and garden needed cleaning and better maintenance. The garage bin was not clean. Double bed upstairs was very uncomfortable. Mattress had no structure.

The owner of the property was the best, we encounter so many problems but he helped us solve those problems, he was the best.
Upon arrival the property was not ready because someone was still cleaning the property and we had to wait for more than 20 minutes after the check in time. The code to open the door did not work, so we have to wait additional time to wait to receive a new code, the person that was on the gate on Saturday June 26th around 10:00 pm treated us very bad because he said we were not in the system as guests (there was a problem with the system) we even showed him the email that had the confirmation that we were guests until June 28th and he called the police to get us out of the property, hopefully there was a nice employee that intervened and let us in, it was a very bad experience. The property was not cleaned very well, we swept the floor and found so much dirt!. One of the locks of the bathroom was not working properly and the sink was clogged, the pool was dirty we had to clean it and one of the drawers had like vomit on it (we are assuming that it was from the cleaning products????)

the bed in the masters bedroom felt like it had a sink whole directly in the middle ,we slept on the floor the last two nights because it was very uncomfortable
