Great location and very close to Disney and Universal. Bit far for the kennedy space research centre.

The location was perfect, close by to a lot of shopping plazas and plenty of food options. The breakfast was also really good!
The crib is a pack n play… the one they provided for us was moldy, stained and ripped.

Location was great .
The room wasn’t clean , spiderwebs found on the ceiling . Morning staff were unwelcoming at all . Wasn’t satisfied with their responses , moreover requested for late checkout only being given one hour extra than the announced checkout time. Breakfast was tremendously poor having no varieties, it’s more better to have breakfast at Wendy’s or Mac.

I like the area of the hotels location
The sofa bed was not in good condition which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. The cleaning person did not clean properly. I had a suite so I expected it to be better. I wouldn’t recommend.

The breakfasts were outstanding! Very nice to have all that they served. Very clean! I would stay again.
I thought the pool would have been heated. Another guest ended up entering the mechanical area and turning the heater on the pool. Spring break is a busy time. It took 2 days for the pool to warm up and then I think they shut it off. Couldn't swim the first 2 days.
