The rooms were setup conveniently.
The other patrons. Looks like folks get off work and come get a room. Much weed smoking, drinking and partying on some days even through the week. Found a roach in the room

close to a convention I had nearby
Looks like the lobby was recently renovated but the rooms have not been. So everything looks completely different from when you walk in the front door of the hotel vs walking onto your room.

Location was right next door to my ultimate destination. Looks like the building was recently remodeled so that made for a pleasant environment.
Nothing in particular to dislike. I knew it would be a budget facility and that was fine with me for this trip.
