no elevator room on second floor, room by the pool to noisy, room looked old needs refurbishing, better restaurant and outdoor ambiance.

The staff in the morning was very rude with us. The toilet was dirty. I reserved with breakfast and the staff said not, and my family and I had to go a outside restaurant

Close to Disney. Lots of food around

RAMADA Hotels Authorized Unit,
Around 08:00 PM, after we vacated our room, we realized that our child's sandals and socks were left in the closet of the room we were staying in. Although we immediately reported this to the receptionist, she said that there were no missing items in the room.
During our stay, we preferred your facilities believing in the reliability of the RAMADA brand. However, this situation we experienced has seriously damaged our trust in your brand. The fact that these items, which are extremely easy to find, were passed off as "not found" has led to the questioning of the importance attached to customer satisfaction.
We request that this victimization we have experienced be eliminated and that we be given detailed information about the subject. We also expect the necessary measures to be taken to prevent similar situations from happening to other guests.
I request the necessary action.
