The price was phenomenal and the the location was perfect.
The lighting in the room was sub par. There was no side table for one side of the bed which meant that half the room was very dark. No floor lamp, no ceiling light.
The bathroom was large but one room and each section had it?s own switch.

there are many little pools that connect to it. Also the size of the room is big
The hotel smells kinda moldy. Some front desk staffs are kind of rude.

We were greeted by such an awesome lady! I wish I would have gotten her name! As soon as we started talking to her, I knew we made the right choice! The room was excellent, the bed was very comfy, the decor was just what I was looking for! The pool area and amenities were perfect to help us relax! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area! Thank you for an excellent stay!
The only thing I didn't like, but might be helpful for others, is the guy trying to get us to come listen the next day to get tickets to attractions. I'm guessing a time share deal. He was very nice, but I was in relaxation mode leaving the pool and my mood totally changed listening to him talking to my husband. I know it's a highly trafficked area and probably the best place to talk to people, but it just cheapened the experience for me. Maybe reconsider his location.

The pictures of the room do not make justice to how good it actually is: the TV/seating area is way more spacious than what I expected! It wasn't clear in the room desciption/pictures that we would have 2 TVs, which was nice. Working space had a nice desk chair, and the sofa was very comfortable.
Breakfast was OK - maybe a slight variation on the pastries everyday would help improve the experience a little. Coffee was decent though, and available even at night.

The pool
The room we were given when we arrived felt super humid and had a very bad smell, the sofa bed was all bent, humid and with a bad smell. They did not try to upgrade our room. They gave us the next room which did smell good but the sofa bed was not in good condition either, we had to put between 6 and 8 blankets or overbeds to be able to sleep more less in it, we had 10 nights with back pain, was indicated to administration and they did nothing either. We had our rental car parked in the hotel property's parking lot and One night they tried to rob us the car, they cracked three windows of the car they could not break them entirety because we have security windows, as soon as we reported this, a manager indicated to us that due to the inconveniences and so that we felt safe we were going to have refund or compensation of three (3) nights because we were staying 10 nights, that if we wanted to stay the days we were missing at the hotel we could park the car in the entry of the lobbyat night and the next day I received an email from another manager saying that they were Not responsible for what happened in the parking lots Because those parking lots are not paid and because they have those signs that they are not responsible and that therefore they were not going to give us any refund or any compensation at all. The bill came to me where evidently they did not deduct a single day, they never did anything to compensate us for all the situations, the showers are old, dirty full of calcifications. And I also heard from other guests that their rooms smelled of humidity. They did not want to refund us anything of what we had paid if we left the hotel so we had to stay. They have a very bad administration, one manager says one thing to try to save customers and another manager simply washes his hands to do nothing for customers, Mrs. Amber McCoy has no way or form of retaining customers, or customer service, inclusive they never approached us, or called us for anything.
