There was a washer and dryer that was nice and a full dishwasher. The hot tub was excellent as well.
Very outdated and the room was a full bed when I was supposed to get a queen.

We had an amazing time here! We stayed in building 17, on the 10th floor. The rooms were clean and spacious, the pool was a big hit and it was close to all the attractions we went to see! All of the staff were very friendly!
Check didn’t take super long, but we arrived late in the evening. I could see how it could take a long time if there were more people there to check in.
The only issue I had, was after checkout I was charged a damage fee. I called and spoke to the manager, who informed me it was for damage to the stove. Thankfully I had taken a video on our arrival and was able to see the damage already existed prior to our arrival. I never even noticed the damage during our stay, as we never used the stove. The manager, Lissette was amazing, she was able to view the video and quickly reverse the charges.
We will definitely return here in the future, but I will always make sure to take a video of rooms at arrival and departure no matter where I stay!

The room and the amenities attached to the room was more than other hotels would have for guests visiting. Perfect place to stay for a week long vacation with family.
The elevators stated the certification expired back in 2024, someone should look into updating the signage especially to something that important.

Best about Vacation Village at Parkway is the location, close to Disney and shops such as Walgreens and Publix. We booked it for this reason and also because it offered self catering facilities which we used mainly for breakfast- we enjoyed the large fridge, microwave and the hob - no kettle though, so we boiled our water when needed -
Also this was the first time in Florida that we had a balcony with a seating area -
Down points- when you book it’s a complete unknown where your room will be located and generally the facilities are a bit outdated - furniture and general decor is not very modern looking.
Also as others mentioned they are quite pushy at check in about offering time share trying to entice you with free food, a $200 voucher and (a little) money off parks if you give 90 min of your time - we refused because it would have been a waste of our time since we were not interested and with such offers they would have pushed a lot for us to get time shares-
As for personal experience we stayed one night in Block 7 in a very outdated room (old bed, furniture & the hob had these spiral metal rings that I haven’t seen in the UK in at least 15-20 years!) and the next day we were told to move room as they needed to fix pipes leaking from our room into a room below. We had unpacked everything and bought stuff for the fridge and freezer & had bookings that evening so that was a major hassle! To apologise for the inconvenience they upgraded us into block 12 and gave us a double room - much nicer area with a pool view and more modern facilities - no cart was provided to help us move our stuff but they gave us the new keys and sorted the new room quickly for us - in the end we preferred the new room and realised that for what we had paid we could have been staying in that block and it would have been a better experience…
Conclusion - in the end we liked the location, it was quite peaceful and you see some wildlife around - we saw many squirrels and a raccoon!

Huge industrial type extended stay kind of place. For families with kids not couples. Room smelled like smoke. More like a 7.4 than an 8. Upside kitchen and place was clean.

Wasn’t too sure to expect as this was pretty much half the price of similar places to stay. However room was really clean, great facilities including a washer & dryer in the room and a decent balcony. I stayed in building 4 and the pool area and two hot tubs by my building were excellent. Gym in main building 20 was also excellent as I just needed a decent treadmill. Surpassed my expectations for the money and great location for shops, restaurants & the parks.
