The surrounding grounds were so clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were so so nice. The location was so convenient on so many level, such as restaurants, gas stations, Disney, and grocery stores. Already made reservation for next year!
I stayed 6 days with no housekeeping. I think not allowing kids to play with a ball at the pool is ridiculous, especially during spring break. Have an adult pool only for those who have issues. Music at the pool would be great too!

It was spacious.
It is outdated and there was a crack across the ceiling. The bed was very large but extremely uncomfortable! Also, I left an item was given a very difficult time when I tried to obtain it.

The security deposit should be included in the total price wasn't expecting to pay an extra $150

Lots of big pools.
Water started leaking from the ceiling into our room from the unit above. We had to call and request maintenance twice before they sent anyone. Nothing was actually fixed they just brought us towels to clean up the mess ourselves.
They also try to scam you into buying a time share with them while you stay.

Upon entering the room it was hot tried adjusting the temperature didnt work. On the 2nd day someone finally came said it was fixed hours later it was 76 degrees in the room. Furniture a little dated and the beds very uncomfortable.

I love how close it is to all the Disney parks & the variety of restaurants it has in the surrounding areas. Its in a perfect spot close to Publix, Starbucks and Walgreens.

Love the separate rooms. I had one unit, daughter had other one. Great view of pool and nice pool area. It was off season so nice and quiet. The staff was very nice and really worked with us on every issue we had. The only thing there aren't any restaurants or stores to get any items. Have to leave the resort for everything that is needed. Place is large so if want to go to other areas alot of walking. But had a very relaxing time and looking forward to returning soon.
