Bad service with one woman at desk very un polite we had got their 1/1/2 hours early we sat in front of our room their was no in or out of room . Also 2 times had to wait for coffee cups also the coffee pot did not work the pool was dirty and small from the pictures. Some one stole our charcoal from the grill.

The apartment was spacious with a separate bedroom and great kitchen facilities . The pool area was nice and the gym was great ! Very new with ga good range of machines . Having a games room was a bonus as we could hand out here until check in time .

The rooms were dated, but extremely comfortable and spacious. The terrace is a definite plus, along with the two bathrooms. The ice maker in the freezer worked very well, which is always nice. It was also very nice to have a broom and dustpan available, even though we did not need it for this trip.
There was no breakfast available. the staff did not seem to know how to do everything they needed. They weren't very accommodating when we arrived 30 minutes prior to check in time. Even thought all the paperwork was done, we were not allowed to check in until "after" 4 pm. When asking about alternative rooms, we received a very abrupt "nothing available", although the room next to us was empty and we would have liked to have both rooms a bit closer together.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The two bathrooms were fantastic. The terrace was a plus! The ice maker worked very well, and it was nice to have a broom and dust pan available.
The rooms were somewhat dated and outlets for charging phones were not plentiful. The staff was quite abrupt and didn't seem to be able to complete a task without assistance. We would have liked to have our two rooms a bit closer together.

I loved the Jacuzzi tub
I had prepaid ahead of time, so when i checked in they were supposed to take a 100.00 security deposit, the next day i checked my account and they had charged me the full amount. Now i have to wait for them to reemburse the money back into my account.
