They never mentioned the water park was extra fee , had to pay 100$ extra dollars that was not in the budget . Had fun tho

The room was great, the bed was comfortable, the shower was Huge and the fridge was big and roomy.
I didn’t like that my trip was so short t. We were only there for the weekend so we didn’t use any of the amenities but we are definitely going back.

So many amenities to chose from!! Beautiful sidewalks, great coffee and food
Some of the information in the app didn’t align with what was on paper copies (like restaurant locations and times). It wasn’t clearly stated when booking on booking.com that the resort fee did not include the water park (that’s an extra $20-25 per person, per day). While our room was beautiful, the pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable and the jacuzzi tub shower was disgusting.

You literally didn’t have to leave the resort unless you had other things planned ahead. Everything from a water park to fine dining could be done on the resort
Where I stayed, town center, the rooms were not that accommodating to a family a of five. I thought it would have two actual beds and not a bed and a pull out sofa bed. But me and my kids didn’t mind at all, so we made it work.

Loved that I really didn't have to leave outside of the resort. we had had the regular pool, a splash pool, and a water park that also served drinks and food.
The restaurant and game center for the kids was nice. Everything in walking distance and to top it off loved the jet tub.
I did receive my extra blankets or towels, I had to find the house cleaning, and they gave it to me.

The hotel is in a good location
I don’t they should charge you for the water park when the rooms are already high and they don’t give anything for free. The water park was $25 per person.

I had the best experience at the resort. Everything was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, but there were some that were not helpful and/ or didn’t care to help. I tried to get one guys attention (life guard) by saying excuse me (several times) he insisted on ignoring me. But when he did acknowledge me I asked him where was the Town Hall, he replied by saying “I don’t know”, he didn’t even try to help. The bus driver was nice enough to help me, and he was dropping him off and saw what was going on. The employees at the water park were nice but, the life guards are not friendly just mean as hell except one guy, he was really enjoying himself with everyone. It’s the female life guards that had the worst attitudes. I totally understand that we all have our moments and days but, if you have someone like myself who was very pleasant, respectful and nice approach you to ask for help/ directions the least you can do is reciprocate that same energy. But I didn’t let their attitudes change mine. The employees at the Town Hall were wonderful. The question is will I return?
Sure I will, my kids and I really enjoyed the resort and there’s a possibility that we will return. I just hope this time the employees have a much better attitude.
