The room itself was phenomenally clean and well supplied from Roots bath products to kitchen utensils and tools. While I did not partake, a food truck in the parking lot was a great service. Texts to my phone providing info about the food truck and inviting questions and requests was a nice, personal but not intrusive touch. Friendly staff at check in and around the property during stay. The pools were fine, not fabulous. The location was delightfully tucked away but literally every convenience within a few minutes. All for a reasonable price. I will return. Well done.

Excellent accomodation and grounds. Staff were very helpful.
Except the hard sell but that was got passed quickly and didn't affect the stay.
Second swimming was closed having work done which made the first one far too busy.

Room was big, nice, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Located right off the main strip ( Irlo Branson HWY) and close to everything. 13 min drive from my venue ESPEN sport complex. I go here when my daughter has her cheer competition and family vacation. We have been going to this resort since 2017 . I love it there

Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek resort is perfect, although not Club Wyndham Cypress Palms which we had booked.
Room was ideal and the walk around the lake was just the way to start the day.
We would have preferred to stay at Club Wyndham Cypress Palms as per our booking (prepaid) as we had further reservations there.

Quiet and very friendly staff. We like to walk, the facility is well maintained with great walking sidewalks. The location is positioned within walking distances of places to eat, grocery stores, and fresh doughnuts.
The hardwood floors in our room needed to be wet mopped on a more regular basis. I do not wear shoes indoors and as a result, ended up with many pairs of dirty white socks.

The room was newly refurbished. The 2 bedroom was ideal. The kitchen was fully stocked
All pool issues: Two ladies laughing how their 3 year olds were not potty trained, they claimed that was too much stress on the kids. 8-12 very bronzed older men demeaning immigrants loudly for hours. A couple smoking 2 joints each on Saturday.

Very roomy. Lots to do. Like being at home.
No kettle. The parking spots are too tight. The electrical plugs needed replacing as chargers would fall out. No USB charging ports. The microwave was dirty and had to clean it before we first used it.
