Everything in our room and the facilities were extra clean. When we walked in, the room smelled fresh and all linens and corners were nice and clean.
The only part I do not like is when they try to up sell you the condo's when you first check in. I have an Autistic child and I don't have time to sit and do the meeting.

They charge to receive packages/strollers. I stayed in same hotel last year, received a few packages and I was not charged.

Check-in was great staff was welcoming and entertaining. Ambiance was impeccable. Booked a 2 bedroom deluxe and space was spacious, clean and great for the price.

Check in process passes you onto another section to pick up key which try very hard (numerous times) to get you to go and visit there new facility to buy timeshare.
