Nice, spacious accommodations, lots to do at the resort
Our checkout date was incorrect, so that our card key stopped working 2 days early. When we went to get it corrected, there was no apology, just a curt response from the staff. Also, there was very loud construction noise going on in the room above us from 9-5 the last 3 days. When we called to report it, we were met with "Oh well, we can't control what goes on in other rooms." That should not have happened. We paid a good amount of money and expected a peaceful, pleasant stay.

Disappointing
The power went out for over 2 hours and the staff had an oh well attitude about it. My family and I had been on the rode traveling came in and decided to cook for the kids. In the middle of cooking the power in just my building goes out. The staff had no remorse or compensation.

Pool area was nice..
Where do I start. Extremely let down by wrong and poor information by staff. Got sucked into going to a seminar and be rewarded $100 Amex voucher for doing so. Well they never gave it to me after presentation and then when asking at reception, we will get on to it or the person to speak to is not in. Was always the excuses I got from staff. I shouldn’t have to chase up. They should be doing there best to give me what’s promised. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They do not deliver and wasted my time, then being not coming forth with what is promised..
