Good location, friendly staff. Decent breakfast and nice rooms
Not enough elevators for the amount of rooms. Wait times can be long. Would be nice to have a dinner restaurant available in the hotel instead of having to go over to the other hotel.

Everything was perfect! Great location — I’d definitely come back.
We only had a few inconveniences with false fire alarms, which caused some confusion and even brought the fire department.

The staff were very friendly, the room was big and the pool area was good.
We had to get maintenance to resolve a drain smell in the room. I think this should be a basic check before a guest checks in.

My wife and I recently stayed at Buena Vista Suites during our trip to Orlando, and we had an amazing experience. The location is ideal — close to all the major attractions like Disney, but still quiet and relaxing after a busy day.
Our suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We loved having a separate living area to relax in, and the bed was incredibly cozy. Everything was well-maintained, and the complimentary breakfast was a great bonus with plenty of delicious options.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent from check-in to check-out. We also enjoyed the pool area, which was clean and never too crowded.
Buena Vista Suites was perfect for our couple’s getaway, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Orlando!
The only downside was the Wi-Fi — it was quite slow and unreliable during our stay. Not a big issue for us since we were mostly out and about, but it’s something to keep in mind if you need a stable connection.
