Housekeepers need to do a Thorough Inspection before they give room away found ketchup,packet,candy or sugar wrappers in between minni fridge cabinet made me think room wasn?t checked by manger?s other than that room was fine

Staff was very friendly. Always greeted us when we walked past front desk. Breakfast was great! Room was clean and up to date. Parking was easy. Only a few minutes to Disney.
One elevator was out of service the entire time, which made waits long to get up to room. Pool was full of leaves two days in a row until it was finally cleaned. Strong perfume smell in lobby and hallways.

Pool good,and heated, breakfast good, room good. Also liked the close proximity to the Carib Hotel next door (sister hotel) that had an excellent steak house that we could walk to

Excellent place. Great location. Perfect breakfast. Great room. Loved the fact they had a shuttle to WDW!! For the price. Overall far exceeded our expectations. Great job BVS!!!
Shuttle times more flexible. We took an Uber 1 day because magic Kingdom closed at 6 and our shuttle was at 720. We called and they wouldn't come get us. O well 20 dollars for an Uber was better than sitting for 90mins.

Breakfast wasnt good. Not a great option. Eating with plastic cutlery and cellophane plates. Reception was freezing.

Big comfortable rooms, polite and helpful staff, cleanliness, parking and hotel location.
Breakfast - very basic and low quality, we ended up going to restaurants to have breakfast. Better to charge exclusively for breakfast, but offer more choices and quality.
