The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. The price was excellent and it is very close to UCF. I wish they sold some common items we had forgotten at the hotel, like allergy medicine or Tylenol. Excellent hotel and experience. The beds were very comfortable also.

The smell of weed in the hotel also the fact that we asked multiple times for our own stolen towels but they never resolved the issue. There is not even a fridge in the room which should be a basic thing in such a hotel with 4 stars

I liked the breakfast and the location.
The beds were too small, the coffee, creamer etc was minimal on the room and not enough. The room definitely did not accommodate 3 people let alone 4. Also I haven’t stayed in a hotel without a small fridge in the last 6 years. For $250 a night this is less than impressive.
