The morning staff was friendly. And the ladies in the breakfast setup were nice and attentive.
The comforter was itchy the night I checked in. When I went down to the front desk to ask for another blanket, they said they didn't have any. I told them it's because the comforter made me itchy, and they pretty much didn't care. The bed was not comfy. One of the bathroom towels had a stain on it. There was no extra roll of tiolet paper in my room, and the water pressure was not there for the shower. I stayed in room 424. I recommend that if you stay here, take your allergy medication with you.

Pleasant
The hotel is a bit dated. The bathroom curtains are the worst I have ever seen at a hotel bathroom. The beds were okay. The sound of the traffic outside can make it a little hard to sleep, I wish I would have asked for a room on the other side of the hotels. The breakfast was okay. There there a lot of people and it was a little hard to move around without bumping into people. The staff and location seem okay.

Exceptional
Location was within minutes from entertainment places and restaurant's. Room was very clean, spacious and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.

The staff at the desk were AMAZING! Had smiles every time I saw them as if they were truly happy to be there and help you. They seemed willing to try and find a way to accommodate guest.
The beds were horrible. Clean but so hard felt like stone.

Disappointing
The food was good when it was available.
Understaffed couldnt keep the breakfast area clean or stocked with food.
Front desk was called for a toilet that didnt drain properly and i was told i could come get a plunger and try to unclog it myself.

Booked hotel because online it stated on multiple sites there was a shuttle to the amusement parks and there was nothing when we arrived. Front desk clerk was rude about the shuttle. If there was a shuttle even for a nominal fee it would increase rating for the hotel.

Good size room, breakfast included, good location for International Drive and Universal, staff were very helpful and friendly. Free parking. Lobby area was nice. Very clean throughout. Good value for what you get and where you are.
Position is next to 2 old abandoned hotels which are derelict and run down. We had a view of both from our room. Parking was good although the car park did fill up at night and some were struggling for spaces. The room was a little tired around the edges. Nothing too bad but starting to become noticeable.

The breakfast was much better than I expected, with a lot of variety and fruits. I really liked it.
I didn't realize that room service was provided every other day. I stayed for only 2 nights, and you didn't change the trash bags or provide complimentary water to drink.

Sometimes there were missing items in the breakfast, like fruits or creamer for coffee.
