Clean huge rooms
Traffic in the area, but what we didnt like most is the lack of staff attendance. We have 5 people in our reservation and theres only 4 sets of towels. When I called, they asked me to come down and get it for they dont have staff. First thing also my son used the bathroom as we get in and got clogged, called again and same thing, they dont have staff, so they told us to get the plunger from the desk and fix it ourselves! Ridiculous!

The staff was great! Always attentive, and readily available and as accomodating as possible.
I ALWAYS stay at this particular hotel. I visit the theme parks with my family 8-10 times per year & I always stay at this hotel. I was encouraged by a co-worker to look online for cheaper hotel rates, which I found on your site. I reserved the room, and anxiously awaited my visit to Orlando. Upon arrival, check in was smoothe and easy as always. I even saved myself $28 on the room fee. 100% NOT WORTH IT! Several reasons why. #1. I did not realize that the view from my room only consisted of a DIRTY rooftop from the 3rd floor. This particular hotel has magnificient views of Orlando, and the attractions. It is beautiful at night, and we usually fall asleep gazing out the window. Not this time! Very, very disappointed. When we opened the curtains as we walked in the room, the only view we were getting was the dirty rooftop of the hotels covered entry way. I immediatley went back down to the lobby, and asked for a different room. Even offered to pay the regular rate. The lady at the front desk said I couldn't change rooms, because they were sold out. 2. When I got back upstairs to the room, ( Keep in mind I had kids with me) I found out the restroom was not functioning. The toilet wouldn't flush and the sink in the bathroom did not have hardly any water pressure. Very disappointing to think this is the type of room a handicap person would get. I checked out, and luckily McDonalds is where we went to breakfast, and the kids were able to use the bathroom there. 3. Th TV in this room was not moveable. All the other rooms are layed out different, and this room was quite small, there was no entry room when you first enter the room. The room itself was smaller, and the TV wasn't adjustable like it is in the other rooms. I did not like this room at All. However, The staff is always amazing, and very accomodating, I guess this was just a fluke.

The 24 hour coffee was good and strong!
We were delighted to have a microwave in the room along with the fridge
The breakfast was good and looked appealing
The pool was nice
Everything was clean
All in all we feel that we made an excellent choice out of all the hotels we had to choose from
Great value for money in a town which has become pretty pricey

Good selection at breakfast - Waffles a big hit with family. Location was good, walking distance to some nice restaurants and shopping area. Free parking a bonus
Space at breakfast was at a premium, very limited and had to wait for a table to come free. Room was great however a neighboring room had a dog that barked quite a lot when the kids were trying to get to sleep.
