My husband and I travel from TN to KW Florida multiple times a year. We always enjoy this property. Its clean, comfortable, near all the main freeways, and the staff is beyond nice :) Always excellent service. They seem to genuinely enjoy their work atmosphere. Val is usually at the desk, but I have to say that EVERY employee I have encountered has been very kind, including the breakfast staff and housekeeping. Employees are what makes any business succeed or fail. I hope Hampton Inn / Hilton franchise appreciates everyone they have working at this location. Its always a pleasure :)

This is our 4th stay traveling from South Florida to TN. Its always great. Very accommodating staff. Comfy rooms. Great breakfast. 24 hour coffee station We always leave happy and rested. 10/10

Location was perfect for my daughter volleyball tournament.
Breakfast didnt have any vegan options besides fruit. Only had 2% milk no non dairy milk or nut based milk. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

I used Booking.com for my stay on March 5. I was double billed $211.50 by Booking.com and $189.00 by the hotel for my one night stay. When I have asked for assistance, Booking.com tells me to contact the hotel directly and the hotel tells me to contact Booking.com. I will not be using Booking.com for future travels plans. The hotel was nice other than the assistance when trying to settle my double billing, no further stays with Hampton Inn.
