The hidden "resort" fees are a bit excessive and it took 2 attempts to get a set of sheets from the staff that should have already been in the living room closet.

The staff was the only good thing about this property the property is old and out dated the rooms were absolutely horrible. Dirty, old equipment, broken equipment out dated This property is NOT worth the money.
The amenities, the room was absolutely disgusting. I cant believe Hilton allows this place to put its name on it. Ive stayed at a ton of Hilton properties and Ive always been impressed this place is outdated and nasty the grounds are beautiful but man once you get into the rooms. Out dated and disgusting I was so disappointed we cut our trip short and just left. Hilton someone needs to do an inspection on this place. This place should have a lower class flag not a Hilton at all

Amenities were good..Nice to have a kitchenette.
Value for money was terrible. Way overpriced for the level of service. Water not provided INSIDE the room, we had to walk all the way to the shop to get them, which made no sense. Room service was meh. No breakfast option, which significantly diminished value for money.

The staff was beyond helpful and nice. The room was the cleanest I've seen and had a great clean smell to it. Amazing pools, absolutely gorgeous!

Amenities are fantastic, especially the pools and lush landscape. The people could not be more friendly or accommodating. We were there because we were going to Discovery Cove and Sea World but the resort was just as fun. We were extremely comfortable and slept great. Will stay again if we are in the area.
There was nothing we didn't like but I felt the bathroom floor and cabinets needed wiped down and the toilet seat had hairspray residue, so that needed wiped down too. I didn't feel like it was unclean but I like all surfaces touched in a bathroom.

Beautiful clean place with awesome amenities and great placement
A bit loud conditioners outside made it impossible to sit on the balcony, but it wasn't critical, inside it was pretty quiet

Great location. Facilities were great as well.
Staff for housekeeping was inattentive. Never met the schedule for room cleaning. Although most of the communication was by text, they never met what the texts said.
