Awesome resort. Big apartment, super well equiped, comfortable and quiet. The pool is great with all the amenities necessary. Movie nights. Music. Volleyball. Yet tou didnt feel cramed. Plenty of space. Great to have mini market and kids’ play room. Wish i could have enjoyed more!!

Our room wasn’t clean on our first day. When asked for new towels, the cleaning service left our door opened without any concern for our security or the security or our belongings. We were celebrating our honeymoon and when requested a late check out (by default is 10 AM) we weren’t the granted opportunity to.
Facilities wise, the only thing that it’s nice is the pool. Food from the restaurant is served with plastic containers and plastic utensils, which is surprising for a resort.
Overall, didn’t get quite the attention I was looking for a hotel that describes itself as a resort.

The property was gorgeous and the staff was attentive and very helpful we had an issue with our room the first night we got there and within minutes we are in a different room with help from the bus boy everything about this property made us happpy!!!!!

The staff were very nice and courteous. The air conditioning worked better than any place we’ve stayed at before.
The pools were nice, well kept. The activities looked like a lot of fun for families.
We enjoyed being able to walk to the outlet mall right behind the complex through the locked gate.
Didn’t care for some staff driving golf carts fast -while walking across the drive to get to our car we almost walked in front of one we couldn’t see or hear. The cars drive too fast around there too.
No cutting board in our 1 bedroom suite.
The shower water in the evening was so hot, we could only turn on the water just past the “on” to prevent getting burned. Earlier in the day, it was normal.
*The West elevator in the building #3, would shimmy and make weird noises as it approached floor 7, our floor. One person riding with us once said they got stuck in it once. That should be repaired!
I ordered food from the QR code at a table next to the bar. My order said to allow 19 minutes for it to be delivered to our table. After atleast 30 minutes I went up to the bar to check on it. The bartender went to check on it and said it was coming. He gave it to me with the basket of condiments and I took it to our table. No one ever came to take away our plates or the rest, so I took it back to the bar. Apparently that system isn’t working well. The people who ordered at the counter got pagers,we saw and heard around us.
