Wonderful
Excellent location. Just a quick drive to Universal Studios. We took Lyft which was a lot cheaper than driving our car and paying for parking.
Breakfast was okay. Would have preferred if the yogurt was served individually packed as opposed to being lumped in a big bowl.

Good value for 4 nights stay for a family of 5. The majority of staff was friendly which is a BIG decision factor in staying at a hotel like Hyatt.
The only negative was the unreliable Shuttle bus service they use to help transport Hyatt patrons to Universal Parks.

Very ick, very meh. Used to be our favorite. Sad I had to leave a review like this.

The room felt very moist, damp & musty & even the beds felt damp.
If a 9 year old could sense "the bed feels icky & the pillows smell like pee" that's definitely a problem.
This was our favorite "go to" hotel. But it just smells like a public pool locker room in there. The hallways were very hot & so was the elevator.
The food feels & tastes like they prepare it at midnight & leave it under a hot light until bkfst begins at 6:30.
I ran to a Disney resort & definitely didn't mind paying extra. #EW!
