Lazy river was fabulous (slightly heated, perfect temperature). Staff everywhere was super friendly and all willing to deliver excellent service. Staff was constantly walking property, especially around pool, to ensure clean environment and pick up anything a guest didnt dispose of properly. With COVID considerations, they took extra measures and thought into everything. Very clean rooms and they stocked up with extra towels and supplies in the room. Pool towels also in room instead of at pool. Nice lunch option and drinks at pool. Also great that you can use the other amenities at JWMarriott and Ritz, although Lakeshore lazy river was better for us. Kitchen restaurant at JW was great for dinner option.
No evening restaurant for dinner so you do have to leave property or order to deliver.

Absolutely everything about the hotel was splendid. The room, the facilities, the bed, the complimentary chocolate, the food, the spa facilities, the pool, the guys and gals who make the leave wonderful. I will be coming back soon.

It was completely excelent. Great pool with lazy river. Everything clean. Friendly staff. Kitchen has utensils. Marketplace in hotel area.
They blocked more money for two weeks than was the price, which I was not expecting. But finally the price was the same as booked one.

The hotel was nice. It had a great pool, fitness center and spa (i.e., sauna, steam room, lockers,showers). It also had a playground for children. Bonus - it has a market place on premises that offers Starbucks coffee.
Staff at front desk. Also, water slide closed early (around 6:00 pm) and, so, if you are out at the parks or nearby attractions during the day you'll miss out on using the water slides.
