Wonderful
The hotel is perfect for families — the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, including a washer and dryer, which was super convenient. The location is excellent, close to theme parks and outlet malls. There's also a great pool at the hotel that the kids loved. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property has double charged me for the entire stay and I’m in the process of trying to get my money back which is proving stressful, time consuming and seems like I’m getting passed around with no results. They took payment upon leaving but are also holding the full amount on their side dispite fully charging me. So effectively I’ve been double charged

Great facilities and clean rooms.
The units at the end of the property are very loud due to the traffic noise. The patio is not usable and you need to keep the windows closed because of the noise. Get a unit near the pool not at the end of the property.

The pool and the Villa
the ability to use the supercenter properties made all the more better especially because the Universal Studio was rained out
