The dry coming in is a little confusing, but other than that was not bad at all

Excellent location for parks, shops/malls and local attractions. The swimming pools were excellent and grill/barbecue facilities great. Apartment was very comfortable with great appliances. Second bedroom was a little small.
Front porch light which remains on at night shines in through shower glass wall, so some way of screening that would be good.
It would be nice if the running track/walking path could meander more around the golf course or whole property rather than the current one which is a bit more through car park/roads.
