Coffee / Tea in lobby Breakfast was great! Staff excellent!
Carpet in the hallways, dirty/stained and needed to be vacuumed. Sink - had a constant drip and only warm water. Shower - faucet drip. To stop you had to tighten the knob so hard, it was almost impossible to turn on.

We got the key for the room and we enter the room and it was out service. Repair still on, they have tools and equipment on the floor.

The breakfast room was great big enough for a lot of people. They offer water and coffee all day long. The room we stayed in was good comfort wise. Location was awesome. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants and just down the road from the big Ferris wheel.
Room smelled like old food. The faucet handle in the tub was messed up and the tv kept messing up.

German cockroaches in the room. Lighting is awful and sterile. The couch had stains all over it and the pillow smelled bad.

The staff was very nice and friendly. They promptly came to fix our TV.
There was a moldy smell in the room and we realized the couch had mold growing on the fabric. The halls smelled moldy but air freshener was constantly sprayed to cover it up. My daughter and I both have allergies and we left sneezing and snotty from the mold and constant spraying of air freshener.

Location
Clean the room. The drain in the shower did not stay open so I had to stuff a wash cloth in it to keep it open while we showered so it did not fill up. Also the hotel was packed. And before breakfast was over, you all were out of food and were not making more. And we killed a live roach in our room.

The location was perfect, everything was close and easy to get to. You don't necessarily need a car to do certain things. On top of it, the hotel itself was extremely clean, the staff was very kind and I enjoyed my stay there.

The location of the property was great and the breakfast was decent but limited.
I did not like that I had to pay for parking! That was not listed when I booked my rooms and only found out at the front desk upon check in. And the price was also more than I had booked! I ended up paying almost $100 more than what I booked the rooms for originally. Also the tvs in our room did not work. The bathroom situation was very odd with there being a door for only the shower and toilet area but not the sink. So if I wanted to get up early and wash up I had to wake up my whole family with the light since there was no door. The coffee at breakfast was soooo strong it was basically motor oil. As much as I like the location of this hotel I would not stay here again. There are nearby hotels that dont charge for parking and are much more comfortable in my opinion.
